1. Research new fields, develop new products, convert customer requirements, prepare project APQP, prepare relevant design materials, and test related new products;

2. Resolve issues that arise during the testing process of new products and improve the first-time pass rate of new product testing;

3. Capable of timely communication and coordination with factories and related business units, supervising and ensuring that orders are shipped on time and with good quality smoothly

4. Proficient in accurately producing the necessary documents for orders, communicating and coordinating with the factory, and issuing them to the factory;

5. Analyze and solve technical problems that arise during pre-sales, after-sales, and production processes, promptly address internal and external product failures, and assist various departments in promptly resolving technical quality issues that arise during the production process;

6. Conduct major technical breakthroughs in product component design to reduce product costs;

7. Can understand drawings and proficiently create related drawings.

 

 

 

Job requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in mechanical design or mold design, familiar with IATF16949 and IOS09001 quality management systems;

2. More than 3 years of work experience, with 2 years or more of experience in the design and development of plastic parts products, preferably in the medical field;

3. Proficient in using 3D and 2D drawing software such as PRO/E and AutoCAD;

4. Proficient in using office software such as OFFICE to prepare technical documents.
